Choco&Wine is in general the first spreadable cream in the world created by the union of wine and dark chocolate. It was thought and invented by Giuseppe Paolo Trisciuzzi. It is made by a very special dark chocolate imported from Trinidad and Venezuela, non concated and 80% pure, mixex with the Chianti Classico Riserva of Fattoria di Petroio, in equal parts. There are no conservatives or hydrogenated fats, just Franco Rizzati's magic.
