The Villa at Fattoria di Petroio may be made available for rental (from April through September) for brief periods of time, but no less than 2 weeks.
The Villa has the following layout and includes:
3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, two bathrooms on the first floor. 1 double bedroom with its own small bathroom and one large bath room, on the main floor.
A large, spacious living room dinning room area that opens out onto a spacious terrace overlooking the vineyards and the hillsides.
A big, livable, comfortable, fully equipped, country kitchen.
TV (satellite) and reading/game room.

Rental of the Villa includes use of these outdoor areas:
Swimming pool and dressing/shower room, veranda and lawn with outdoor barbeque.
Linens and final cleaning fee are included. By prior agreement daily housekeeping may be arranged.
